That Good Fried Rice

After all of yesterday’s walking and my personal celebration for discovering RM5.60 rum, I just wanted to take it easy all day long. The only thing on the agenda was to head back to Chinatown for some Chinese food. I ordered fried rice that has the most delicious smoky flavor. I subsequently discovered that all of the places with that delicious fried rice had special stove tops with an extremely high fire on the wok. I added a drop of soy sauce, a few peanuts, and a generous amount of garlic powder—best fried rice I’ve ever tasted!
